About the Seminar
Learn the basics of fluid power hydraulics through this three-day customized training program. Unlike other seminars, this course is site specific, targeted to your plant and your equipment.
By using a combination of pictures and schematics from you facility, you will be able to immediately put to use what you learn.
You begin with in-class instruction and then move into hands-on work out in your facility.
Topics covered in this seminar:
The industrial Hydraulic Technology book series, published by Parker Hannifin Corporation will be provided to each participant. In addition, the instructor will supply binder with color pictures of your facility’s equipment.
Larger print outs of the facility’s schematics and cut-aways will also be used during the seminar to give you hands-on practice.
At the end of the course, you facility will receive a CD with all photos and diagrams, as well as a copy of the presentation used during the course.
David Lund has more than 30 years of experience in the hydraulics and fluid power industry, working as a systems designer, in technical sales, and troubleshooting. He currently owns his own business, E.F. Orton & Company.
His areas of expertise include design and fabrication of hydraulic power units and systems, tubing installations, manifold and valve systems design, and start-up. Lund holds the International Fluid Power Society’s specialist certification.
The instructor is flexible, offering on or off-site training opportunities, days, night or weekends.
